Through years of research study and professional experience we have developed a training program specifically designed to optimize two distinct spectrums of the exercise physiology curve; fitness and athleticism.

X-TRAIN is an integrated approach to strength, endurance, fitness, and athleticism. We have spent years researching and implementing this multi-faceted training program with the goal of helping each and every individual reach their optimum potential across both ends of the fitness-athleticism spectrum. What we have found are the most encouraging results of any training program around.

By combining high intensity intervals, measured repetitions of strength, and multi-complexing areas such as plyometrics, agility, and strength/power movements, we have created a revolutionary training regimen that guarantees you will get in the best shape of your life.

To add to the efficacy of such a training regimen we have added specific periodized programming blocks in the form of Method 3/2 for continued growth and improvement. Method 3/2 is the key element that separates the X-TRAIN program from anything else in the entire world.

X-TRAIN runs Monday through Friday at different times throughout the day. As each and every workout builds on the days before, and all are so varied in nature; we highly recommend you come as often as possible and miss as little days as possible. Nevertheless, we have different packages to meet any life style, time constraints, and budget. Even if you can only come in a couple times a week, you will experience and see significant results.
