Through years of research study and professional experience we have developed a training program specifically designed to optimize two distinct spectrums of the exercise physiology curve; fitness and athleticism.

X-TRAIN has researched the viability of training across both ends of the fitness-athleticism spectrum and found the most encouraging results of any training program to date. By combining high intensity intervals, measured repetitions of strength, and multi-complexing areas such as plyometrics, agility, and strength/power movements, we have created a revolutionary training regimen that guarantees you will get in the best shape of your life.

Our search is for individuals that care about their fitness and athletic capabilities as much as we do. Of course looking good is important; and X-TRAIN will definitely get you looking better than ever, but X- TRAIN is about so much more than that. It is about functional strength and functional power. It is about moving, running, and jumping around better than you ever did. It is about being in athletic shape to continue to compete in sports. It is about not only keeping up with your kids, but running circles around them. It is about the best possible you.

X-TRAIN runs Monday through Friday at different times throughout the day. As each and every workout builds on the days before, and all are so varied in nature; we highly recommend you come as often as possible and miss as little days as possible. Nevertheless, we have different packages to meet any life style, time constraints, and budget. Even if you can only come in a couple times a week, you will experience and see significant results.
